The Alerts inbox allows you to view and manage the alerts that you receive. It displays the alert subject, and the date it was received.
Use the Alerts inbox to:
View Alerts– Click the subject of the alert to view its details.
Delete Alerts– Click the checkbox beside an alert to select it for delete, or select the Delete checkbox at the top of the inbox to select all messages for delete. Click Delete.
Sort alerts– Click the up and down arrow buttons on the Dates Received header to sort the alerts in ascending or descending order.
Bookmark this page–
Click the
bookmark icon to create a shortcut to the Alerts inbox. Enter a name for
the shortcut into the Add Shortcut box that pops up. Click Add.
Note: Click Cancel to close
the Add Shortcut box without creating the shortcut.
Search
for an alert–
Click the
magnifying glass. Enter your query into a search field and press Enter.
You can search by subject, or date received.
Note: Click the magnifying
glass again to close the search fields.
Clear search fields– Click the refresh icon to clear the search fields and the search results.
Customize the column header–
Click and
drag items to change the display order of the column headings. Click the
minus button to remove a column heading from your display. Click the plus
button to add a column heading to your display. Click Ok to apply your
changes.
Note: Click Cancel to close
the customization box without applying any changes.
Customize number of alerts per page– use the drop-down list to choose a number of alerts to display per page.
Browse through pages– click the Previous, Next, Last, and First buttons to browse through pages of alerts, or type the number of the page you wish to see in the text field and press Enter.
