Using the Stock Portfolio portlet

The Stock Portfolio portlet will track changes in your favorite stocks and display them on your portal page. To choose your favorite stocks:

1. Click the edit icon.

2. Enter the ticker symbol, number of shares, and the purchase price for each stock to track.

• Use the search tool to look up the stock information.

  a. Search by either Business Name, or Stock Symbol by selecting one of them from the drop-down list.

  b. Enter part or all of a business name, or the stock symbol in the text field.

  c. Select whether to search by Quote and News or Stock Chart from the second drop-down list.

  d. Click Search.

  e. A window with your search results will pop up. Choose which stocks you want to display and click Add.
  
  Note: Click the stock symbol to view the stock quote and chart. Click Done when finished.

  f. Press Done.

  g. Fill in the purchase price and number of shares.

3. Click OK.

Note: Click the back arrow icon to close the edit function without saving your settings.
