Adding and Editing Alerts

The Add/Edit Alerts box allows you to select which alerts you want to receive.

To add alerts

  1. Account Balance, Transaction and Stock Portfolio alerts work slightly differently from the other alerts in that you must select the appropriate link in order to set these alert types (you cannot simply select the checkbox; this will have no effect). This is due to the fact that multiple alerts can be set for each of these alert types, and so you must set each of these alerts up individually:

  2. For the remaining alert types, select or clear the check boxes beside the alerts you want to add or remove.

  3. Click Save. The Current Subscribed Alerts list is updated to reflect any alerts that were added or removed.

Note: Click the Bookmark icon and Enter a shortcut name to add a shortcut for the Add/Edit Alerts function to your sidebar shortcut tool. Click the minimize icon to minimize the Add/Edit Alert function, and click the X button to close the function.

To use the Current Subscribed Alerts box

The Current Subscribed Alerts box allows you to view and unsubscribe from the alerts which you've already chosen.

Note: Press Cancel to close the confirmation message without unsubscribing from that alert.
